To Train or not when ill .....

This is a frequently asked question in the fitness world " Should I train or workout when I feel under the weather ?"Sometimes the old power through mentality only increases our illness by beating our immune system into submission .On the other hand some physical activity can boost immune function . A good rule to follow is ......If you have a temperature ,diarrhea,vomiting,you should not train .If you have a minor cold or mild symptoms a workout could be helpful . Training with severe cold would not be a good choice and could prolong the symptoms .So be aware of your degree of illness and train for a immune boost or go with the rest is best policy for a speedy recovery .
