Keep it simple seems to be the hardest thing for people to master . Today most people over think everything or make things way to complicated (focusing on fitness culture ) 90 % of most fitness enthusiasts train way to much and don't focus on the things that make your training work for you .There is a order of importance or menu for the keep it simple style . 1 food 2 rest 3 train . If you follow this order you will simply see things change .With this in mind staying consistent with number 3 and not with 1 and 2 will only continue the large circle of looking the same and feeling the same .The easier we make things the easier they are. for keep it simple tactics .
