A note on Symmetry

             Being symmetrical makes for a more balanced and stunning physique. I recommend training your legs during the first workout of the week, because it is a good way to create this well-balanced look. Another good thing to note is that your side deltoid muscles are the furthest or widest point on your body, so when these muscles are developed your waist appears to be smaller and this shows off the symmetrical taper you have create. Don't be a sweat pants 'summer flexer'. Work on those legs to create even muscle tone across the whole body. Train all muscles once a week and over time you will look amazing!
